Do you offer maintenance contracts or service plans?
We do not publish plans, tiers or contract pricing. We quote scheduled maintenance visits for your building in writing, based on the equipment on site. If your owner or lease requires a formal agreement, send it to us. We will read it and tell you plainly what we can and cannot commit to.
Can you work outside business hours?
Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we handle emergency repairs around the clock. We do not promise a set arrival time, so call and we will give you an honest read. If the work is planned, tell us when your business can stand to have the system off.
Will you service equipment another contractor installed?
Yes, in most cases. We work on the equipment a building already has, whoever put it in. Send a photo of the model plate and tell us about any roof access rules or management contacts at your Albuquerque building. Older units can take longer because parts may need to be ordered, and we will say so.
